Notice is hereby given in accordance with RSA 676:4 & 675:7 that the Bennington Planning Board will meet on June 26, 2017 at 7:15 p.m. at the Town Hall to consider an application for a Lot Line Adjustment. Upon a finding that the application is complete the Board will immediately begin a Public Hearing. Applicant Dennis D. McKenney, D/B/A New England Forestry Consultants, Inc., proposes adjusting the common lot-lines between Tax Map 3, Lot 2 and Tax Map 3, Lot 1 and the common lot lines between Tax Map 3, Lot 2 and Tax Map 6, Lot 5. The parcels are located on Greenfield Road (Route 31). The properties are located in the Rural/Agricultural Zone within the Water Resource Protection Zone.

You are hereby invited to appear in person or by agent or counsel and state reasons why the request should or should not be granted.

Should a decision not be reached at the Public Hearing, this application will stay on the Planning Board’s agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved. Anyone needing assistance to attend this meeting should contact the Selectmen’s Office one week prior to the scheduled date.
