An energy audit will need to be submitted for any new construction or any additions to structures that will be heated (other than by a woodstove). Please refer to this website for the proper paperwork.

Once your Building Permit Application is complete, please contact Code Enforcement Officer/Building Inspector Peter Hopkins to schedule an appointment. He can be reached at 582-9521 or 547-3449. His email address is pwhopkins4@netzero.com. Any questions pertaining to the Permit process or questions about how to fill out the Application should be directed to the Building Inspector.

Please allow up to one month for processing. Once your Permit Application is approved you will be contacted to pick up your approved Building Permit and to pay the Permit Fee.
